  2. bread is NOT bad, unless you put SUGAR or FAT in it ! NO food needs additional sugar or fat, only add a bit of salt. This diet has made its proofs since millenia, in the entire world, so why did US change it, and ruined all foods, and people's health ??!! For $$$ ?!
