  1. I'm sure that, in US, this guy could have been already shot for what he did, though it was nothing dangerous for anyone (and instead, a bit hilarious). Some guys were shot for less than that in US, due to the police lack of training, maybe lack of courage, and their (wrong) feeling of being something special, compared to the average citizen. Sooo wrong...especially concerning US police, considering their bad behaviour, and inefficency, during their duty time.
