@IWrocker You're not the typical american who roasts everything but US. We need more "open minded" americans like you to visit Europe, and change that bad reputation some jerks made there. I've watched all your videos, and I appreciate. Thanks. Chris. (former French Navy C.P.O.)

@IWrocker Renault 4L and Citroen 2CV have a pretty high "head clearance" , for tall guys (it was a main spec to respect, for the engineers who worked on these 2 projects). They are great fun to drive. I heard there are some old models in Louisiana...but it would be cool if you came to France to try them. Some fans made fantastic restorations, and they are quite expensive now, as "collector models". You can rent 2CV for a Paris tour. Come on : Air France has daily flights from US to CDG Airport...

Great car : good performances and durability , for a very reasonable price. I had one for ten years : she never let me down , and was not "greedy in gas" , and in maintenance. Solid and tough, she always started in 1 second, even by "polar" temperatures like - 30° C ! Not like those expensive bling-bling cars, that need a blanket and a heated carport in winter. It's nice to see that not all americans roast the Favorit , forgetting the "moderate" reliability of US "obese" cars. * Please bring some oxygen to the cameraman : I hear he has difficulties to breathe !

@SugarBlood15 some old models were maybe not reliable, but the last Favorits had a great motor, maybe the 1,3 L VW motor from german "Polo" mark 1 ?

@dominikhejl5748 almost all rear engined cars have this problem : rear engine is logically a bad place for air cooling.

My Favorit of 1994 had a VW ensign at the back, and a Skoda ensign at the front. Last model, I think, nay ?
