  1. Risk: Ask anyone who owns a trailer what happens when Berkshire Hathaway's buys the park. Rent is up 10 fold, Buffet is no longer that friendly guy on CNBC. And once you place a trailer somewhere it no longer mobile unless you have $20,000 USD. But if you have that kind of a money you would have never buy a trailer.
