  1. I'm so tired of this rhetoric... First, "America is #1" is a dangerous nationalism filled statement which contrasts with being patriotic. Second, "America is #1" is a "Bandwagon Fallacy," many people say it but that doesn't mean that it is true... also number #1 doesn't state "what for," there is nothing to quantify here so it is illogical. Third, "America is # 1," the US does a lot of things that it is "#1" for but that doesn't justify doing those things.

  2. Gotta take risks... I rather invest in a country opening up to investments, then some random index fund any day.
