@PRINT Ms Mandar's petition was urgent and required immediate addressing, however, the FIR against certain persons for hate speeches was asking for postmortem action - important but not 24hr urgent and Delhi Police's reasoning was fair. There also appears to be a flaw in the system - One can subvert the system by crowding it by petitions/cases in a partisan manner, brute-forcing the system to make only pronoucements in a desirable direction. Interesting.
