  1. Please do not put strawman arguments here. Indian constitution is different from US' and state & county laws also apply on defending and standing one's ground.

  2. This whole issue has one conflicted. One of course condemns the killing response but Beadbi definitely merits punishment, but death? Reflect on the killing of the American priest by the Sentinelese in Andamans a few years ago... that was a physical transgression followed by a killing --> one ho-hummed but said it was unfortunate and everyone let it go. Are Sikhs as primitive as the Sentinelese that allows one to give a similar response and let it go... Of course not, so then what gives?
