Fantastic story, Kudos @PRINT team!! Just contrasting this Nagaland school story with the Jharkhand school story and wondering how many ways development in India manifests itself.. In one case the issue is not having enough internet & the other the teacher is not even "Inter" pass.... Both seem to be equally remote with similarly highly dedicated teachers - Is it not fair to hold the state and the local govts responsible?
