  1. I think BJP believes that their 'end' is right and therefore 'means' and their probity is secondary or can be dispensable. If I was being charitable, I would say BJP genuinely and sincerely believe that their 'end' is the right one for India. For this to really work and prevent internal cognitive dissonance, all these who are joining after 'ganga snana' need to be remain purer than Ceaser's wife because BJP can not be corrupt or corruptible - this at least is the theory...
