  1. @PRINT Almost all studies (mainly from the US) show that being draconian about drugs, doesn't work. But one wonders if one accepts a law on 'banning lottery in India', in principle, how can one oppose drug possession laws? Fundamentally, both laws assume irresponsible consumption by citizens and that the State must protect her citizens from themselves !
