Make sure to guillotine (or whatever is in vogue) away the bourgeois elite and members of Ancien Régime equivalent. Of course, if the Hero is more Pol Pot than Robespierre then it might do well to rethink this strategy .... (This is of course written in jest but the residual truth value is super-scary, isn't it?)
