@Obiodum_ it is a loophole because now levys in a corner. he can try to lure Harry Kane to sign a new deal but he cant physically force him to sign one however two years ago he had the power to block a transfer

@eL--RaL lol is that why he told tottenham he wanted to leave two years ago. He desperately wanted an etihad transfer and he knew that Pep Guardiola is a demanding manager. If he was scared of pressure and competition he wouldn't have tried to force a Man City transfer. Its not a narrative that levy has shackles on him, its a FACT. Two years ago you saw what happened, levy slapped a £160 million price tag. Pep Guardiola said himself "we tried everything we could.
