  1.  @nickwallette6201  the idea of using a phone to interface with smart appliances is a good one, better to adapt to the person's needs (brighter screen, bigger text, text-to-speech), adapting the keyboard and the idea of a database for cooking isn't that appalling to me if you search on your phone. What I hate is the idea of "turning on your microwave from a hundred miles away". No, I don't want that, and I don't want anyone doing that to my microwave!. Use BLE(bluetooth) as the communication protocol, have the phone download the recipes and send it to the microwave before starting, hell, keep a cache of favorite recipes with you wish, but don't open it to the internet. I know wifi has a bigger bandwidth, but do we REALLY need that?

  5. I said it before and I'll say it again: giving shops the full information required to complete a whole transaction, and the consent to do it once, was a terrible idea. Because now, they can hide any odd button as consent, and you might end up with your 5th amazon prime subscription as many older folk do, or you might end up with a higher bill than expected because of shady marketing. hell no, please ask me every time how I want to pay and the information to do that, or get out of my sight.I dont want to reach next month with an unexpected bill because I didnt realize that button was "shop now" rather than "add to cart" or because the promotion price was unavailable in my area

I live in a pretty warm country, so we don't use these heat pads as hand warmers, because "who in their right mind would want to warm up here???", but rather we use them to warm up sore spots after exercise or getting hurt. I always found this an amazing thing and wanted an explanation for ages! Thanks for answering my request that I never actually made
