A city cannot pass a law that allows a non citizen to vote in a federal election. Such a law would have to be passed at the federal level.

@pnci9167 - What you ask is not possible. Russia attacking its peaceful neighbor, Ukraine, because it fears Ukraine shows that Putin's Russia is a very weak country. All the former Warsaw or Eastern Bloc nations, except Belarus, have chosen to dissociate with Russia because a weak, but bullying, dictatorship that suppresses, represses, and brainwashes its own people is simply not in line with what most countries and their people want.

Russia has a 2 year compulsory military service requirement. So, yes. Many of these troops are young and didn't choose to join the military.

The pipelines were designed to allow Russia to not pay transit fees to Ukraine. The only reason the region is unstable is because Russia had been bullying its neighbors.

Re, Iran The US and Great Britain not honoring the agreement they made to protect Ukraine's sovereignty under the Budapest Memorandum shows nations like Iran, Israel, India, Pakistan, etc that they need nukes to prevent or deter such invasion as we're seeing now with Russia invading Ukraine.

You just not have ever tried to vote. Anyone trying to vote in a federal election will have to show ID. That's ALREADY a thing.

@liannemarie2504 - What you suggest would only be valuable if you are trying to make it so people who ate here illegally can vote. That's certainly not what Trump is trying to do. So, talking about banning something that is.... Wait for it... ALREADY BANNED, is just Trump stirring up his rabid sect and playing them for fools.

@Gisiebob You may as well ask a Trump supporter why they support Trump if he's only interested in taking money away from people who work for a living (both white and blue collar) and redistributing it to the ultra wealthy. They won't have an answer for you. Somehow, supporting Trump, who wants to make them worse off, will make them better off. So, following that logic, making something illegal more illegal ought to do the trick!

@Dragonfiregum - nobody in Ukraine wants to rejoin Russia. Even the ethnic Russians in the east would prefer if the Russian backed militants left. They didn't need protecting and, ironically, there was never any discrimination against ethnic Russians until AFTER Putin sent in the first criminals/ terrorists with Russian "advisors" because now all Ukrainians blame Russians for the problems.

Exactly. You're right. However, that's ALREADY the way it is. Trump and Johnson are like that cops in the scene in "Super Troopers" where they've pulled the car over and then continue to tell them to pull over. It's already pulled over. @alanfernandez854 Trump asks himself "What would Putin do?" in his leadership decisions. Putin, to maintain power, gives his people some other issue to rally around so that they don't have time to think freely and question what he's doing. Trump is rallying his rabid cult of personality to be angry and active about this issue...that's ALREADY been solved so that they don't have time to think freely.

@theophrastus3.056 - You can't register to vote if you're not a citizen. You can't vote if you're not registered to vote. There's no way "the Dems" can magically allow illegals to vote by "not lifting a finger". Ironically, by not lifting a finger, the dems are just allowing the laws ALREADY IN PLACE to function as intended and prevent people from voting if they aren't aren't allowed to.

@dp5475 - have you tried to register to vote and then vote without anyone questioning whether you are allowed to? An illegal isn't going to be able to register to vote in a federal election unless they are impersonating someone who IS able to vote AND that someone also doesn't try to vote. So, the illigals will have to know exactly which Americans aren't going to vote far ahead of the election. You're either getting into some serious psychic phenomenon amongst illegals (maybe that's how they got across the border, they knew where the border were!) or you're getting into some serious time travel paradox where some shadow group is attempting to use knowledge from the future to change the past. Then again, if each "now" is a different multiverse, it's actually a shadow group from another reality messing around in our elections. You're RIGHT! Shadow groups from other future multiverses should absolutely be banned from messing with our elections!
