Related to the point about NY USA only testing symptomatic people at hospital is because, in addition to lack of tests, there's lack of the disposable protective gear used when administering a test. USA failed to react and take the situation seriously. For weeks the president, T-Diddy, said the situation was under control. It was not. The situation was ignored. Covid19 is doubling every 2 days in the US, we'll be at 100 k cases next weekend,if testing continues.
