Until you start allowed the government to take rights away. That's what these measures are. First volleys, test cases, in subverting the Constitution.

  2. Let's not get bogged down by that whole "Separation of Powers" or "Checks and Balances" principles of the US Constitution and just let Elon be king with Trump as "Me Time'er in Chief" and JD Vance as court jester.
