Prigozhin proved the saying that to negotiate with Russia, "you punch Russia in the face THEN negotiate." Any civilians who want to risk their lives traveling on that artery as though it's a normal road in the quiet Russian countryside, that's on them if they are injured or killed. The fact remains that taking out a military target only resulted in a few civilian casualties. Compare that to Russian "precision" strikes that destroy an apartment block, injuring or killing dozens of civilians without any damage to military targets.
