  2. With the US pulling out of helping Ukraine resist the Russian onslaught, the US has no say in the situation. Rubio probably isn't going because he knows the deal is ridiculous. We all know he's done a 180 and been spouting the Trump /Russian propaganda. Hopefully, he has enough integrity left that, as the other guy said, he couldn't stomach trying to sell that nonsense to Ukraine.
