Most Soviet equipment stores are down around 70% across the board (30% remaining) and Russia still, even after 3 years, has fairly limited equipment production other than for ammunition.

  2. Both correct, except for the impossible part. Weapons have been "wire guided" for decades including weapons like the TOW anti tank weapons and submarine torpedoes. A filiment of fiber optic material that only needs enough bandwidth to control one drone wouldn't be very large. The drone carries the spool and trails it out behind it. You can see the spool on the rear of the drone.

  3. You can look up sites that count and record visually confirmed losses. Why would you think the numbers are wrong? Because they seem high and that reasonable people wouldn't stand for such? Russians aren't reasonable people.
