@n0yn0y - Thanks for the reply and the compliment! Also, nobody is going to turn off his electricity or evict him. He said he couldn't feed his family, with a food cart right in front of him. That's a bit silly, you'll agree,unless his family won't eat what he's trying to sell. Of course, whether that remains true once people are able to to return to work, but before they can start getting caught up is a matter for people to bring up with their legislators.
