They have "colors" they're required to wear when on their turf, they don't talk to people not in their "club", they carry guns, they engage in violent behavior towards people not in their "club", and are often involved in criminal behavior...am I describing a gang, an outlaw motorcycle club, or your local "law enforcement" agency?
