  1. To clarify, Russia does use the S300 missile system. The system can fire several versions of the "S300 missile". The system is able to fire its missiles at both air and ground targets. A version of the S300 missile that began production, in Russia, in 2010 has a ground target engagement range of 350 to 400 km, depending on the information source. 350km is plenty of range to reach from Belarus to where the missile landed in Poland, about 185 km away.

  3. As Mr Miyagi said, you learn to fight so you don't have to fight. Being a nuclear armed, defensive alliance would prevent Russia from attempting to invade Ukraine a 3rd time, after Russia is removed from Ukrainian territory. Not having to fight Russia in the future is much better than having to fight, even if Ukraine is beating Russia out of areas they've been occupying. NATO has rules against admitting a country that is actively at war. So, the application to NATO is also a cause for Putin to finally declare war on Ukraine. For whatever reason, Putin has been trying to avoid doing so.

Incidentally, the name of the town where the Russian missile attack occurred is Chaplyne, in Eastern Ukraine. Additionally, there was Russian shelling of other cities in Eastern Ukraine including near Kharkiv and Donetsk. Russia continues flailing about with missile and artillery attacks because Russian weapons don't have the accuracy for precision attacks and Russian intelligence can't locate actual military targets.

The gofundme paid the money to the couple. They didn't pass it on to the homeless man (Bobbit). The couple bought the truck and camper in their name. So, there's no way Bobbit could have sold them. The couple sold them and spent the money on themselves.
