  20. There are huge problems with Nick lying and not calling the Police after the incident. That being said, the phone video footage does show on a few occasions that the teens did surround Nick and assault him, and he was not free to leave. There were elements of self defense. Nick should have called the cops as soon as the altercation ended and told the truth. He would have had a much better chance at proving his claims of self defense.
