@YasasnIrkmz Excuse me what? You need to revoke the casus beli.. Not us. Megali idea has been abandoned 100 years ago. Wake up. It is you who need to stop supporting Mavi Vatan.

@Giorgos.

@sercancetinkaya5527 "greek oppression"???? Said the oppressor... the occupier... the invader.. That's rich... Hypocrite...

@PamirAnduril Hahahahhaha.... was that supposed to be "intellectual"??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Are Turks from Anatolia? No... Do Greeks have a far stronger and legitimate claim on Anatolia than Turks. Yes they do. Greeks have been on Anatolia earlier than Turks and for the triple amount of time. Sorry, but the so called "Hellenization of Anatolia" didn't happen so forcefully as your Turkish propaganda would claim it to be... You on the other hand arrived to Anatolia from the Steppes through VIOLENT expansion. Nobody wanted you here. I am sorry my little colonist from the Steppes, we are not the same. We have always been on the right side of History. You, on the other hand, do not have history but something more akin to a criminal record.

@wile123456 Nice kemalist propaganda. Greeks have revolted countless times against the Ottomans. No one ever wanted you or liked your rule. Live with it.

@Blake5467 Are you Hittites? No? Then shut up....

@Kmlcvlk999 We also have a 12% of communists. Is that horrifying for you as well? This is democracy, I know it's hard to understand the concept but try your best. Both 12% and 10% political parties (extreme left and extreme right respectively) are minorities with no actual power. I mean by your standards Italy right now must be the stuff of nightmares right???? :D Furthermore, the only thing we desire is North Cyprus because it s ILLEGALLY occupied by you. And not for us, but for our Cypriot brothers, whose homes are stolen by you. Everything else is nothing more than just your little fairy tale. You know what's more horrifying? The fact that 100% of your parliament supports a Casus Beli + Mavi Vatan. Get rid of those first if you wish to complain about a measly 10% of votes a right-extremist party got ONCE UPON A TIME. I mean throughout the history you stole huge amounts of land and territorial waters from us, aren't you satisfied already? Give it a rest and leave the Aegean to its rightful owners.

@Νικόλαος1665 It's not about their prime minister, president, or whatever. It's about Mavi Vatan and the Casus Beli which are supported by the people in general, not just Erdogan.... wake up already and don't believe these hypocrites.. Turks are capable of greeting you with one hand while beating you with the other. They cannot be trusted... As soon as you mention many modern issues, like Hagia Sophia, Mavi Vatan, the Casus Beli and the illegal occupation of Northern Cyprus they change their tune and show their true colours. You have to understand that Turkey is a nation built on harming/hating Greek people. Kemal, the very father of their nation hated the Greeks like a mad dog and created a convenient narrative in his head to "legitimise" that hate. A narrative which is propagated by almost every Turk alive today.

@PamirAnduril And one more thing..... Your "Greeks killed many Turks under megali idea" argument is so false that someone has only to see the events at Smyrna (you call it "Izmir") to prove you wrong... If that was the aim why the Turks of Smyrna were not massacred when he Greek army got there and stayed there for a considerable amount of time? Unfortunately, the Greeks of Smyrna were not so lucky as they were massacred when YOU arrived at Smyrna. Today you are proud of it by mocking these victims. When the Turks arrived at Smyrna what followed was raping, killing, pillaging and looting left and right. So yeah, you "deliberately killed a large number of people from a particular ethnic group with the aim of destroying them" exactly per the definition of the Oxford Dictionary... Sorry, to ruin your pathetic narrative about "killing only rebels"....

@theyeening You are losing your time.. Evil western colonists will condone the actions of evil eastern colonists from the Steppes.. As you can see for yourself, they will use any excuse possible to rationalize the fact they live on stolen lands..
1
@masrod94 Sure... genocides, wars and violent removals are just "migration" to you... 🤣 Your bias shows.. Tell whatever you want to yourself in order to sleep better at night, but the fact it is wrong to expel people from the lands they inhabited for more than 3000 years will never change, no matter what lame excuses you use! 😉 There is nothing "ambiguous" about it.. If you steal the house that belongs RIGHTFULLY to me, and I am unable to take it back, be sure I will tell my children to find a way to take it back.. And if they cannot, they will tell their children the same, and so on.. We will never forget, we will never forgive..

@knn6204 We will see for how long will they be able to hold that territory.. The war is not over yet! 🙂
1
@Ghastly_Grinner Nope, political integration has been the goal of Europe since 1975...
1
Overtaxing enterprises is how you ruin an economy.. The center-left government (the one we had before the the current one) tried overtaxing enterprises, and they failed miserably..... You sound like a lame leftist..
1
Of course these things will never happen in peace.. These barbaric colonists from the Steppes came in our lands through war and only with war they will leave... They need to be eradicated like the plague they are..

giwrgospetrou1159 Well said..

@gallectee6032 Varoufakis is finished. Get lost, you and your Dimitra system. We don't need you, we never did. He is a narcissist who doesn't care if he blows up the whole country economically because he, himself, is a wealthy person, with tons of money in foreign banks. He can always bail out and go to another country, while we will have to stay and face the consequences of his actions. Now add to the above the fact that he planned of accepting more illegal immigrants in Greece by disabling the wall etc etc and you know why he doesn't even have a 3% of the vote today. Goodbye Varoufakis, nobody will miss you.

@windrider2857 What was yours for centuries was ours for over a millennium since Antiquity.. Where were you during Antiquity? Ah yes.. The Steppes, probably living in caves... Sorry my little coloniser, try anything stupid and Constantinople will be decolonized...

@dy6474 Man you are so indoctrinated by Turkish propaganda it's not even funny.... You conveniently leave out crucial details in both the agreement about Cyprus and the Treaty of Lausanne.. I could bother making a detailed list of all the things you ommited but I am 100% sure I am going to just lose my time with you. However here is a short version: 1. No, as guarantor you are not supposed to occupy Northern Cyprus. The occupation of Northern Cyprus remains illegall to this day. I mean ffs, your excuses are the same as Putin's for his invasion on Ukraine. 2. Our Islands do not have military, they have militia. Militias are allowed since there is no mention of them in the Treaty of Lausanne. And seriously, the effing TREATY OF LAUSANNE?? 🤣🤣🤣 YOU have violated that treaty so many times the last 100 years that the fact you bring it up now it at least comical.... Turkey is not fair and honest... That's the problem..
1
@BOZ_11 Whatever helps you sleep at night. The moment you try anything you will find out what team blue can do... The fact you think a military conflict will go "one way", speaks volumes of how little military history you know.
1
@aybars_inci Nobody asked the Ottomans to turn us into their subjects.... they were, are and will be undesirables..

@goodlife2144 The only person who needs to do some studying here is you. The dominant DNA is not Turkish whatsoever. Turkish barbarians did not have the numbers to assimilate genetically anything. As a matter of fact if you want to find some real (genetically at least) Turks today you have to travel all the way to Turkmenistan.. In Turkey? You won't find so much Turkish DNA. You will find plenty of Greek DNA in Turkey though that's for sure. Not that I give a flying F about genetics or DNA. For me, it's culture above all. But since you mentioned it, I just wanted to inform you, you are wrong on that front.. And you are wrong on many levels about many things as well. To be continued....
1
@goodlife2144 Also don't use the phrase "new studies" if you cannot even provide the name of the study! 🤣🤣🤣

@goodlife2144 And yes the citizens Eastern Roman Empire were calling themselves "Roman"... Or not... They were calling themselves "Romioi" or "Romaioi" which is literally the word "Roman" in the GREEK language.. The only reason the name "Hellene"(which means "Greek") fell out of favour is because the word "Hellene" was associated with the pagan faith and the same ethnicity. These two things were either unimportant or undesirable in the Christian Eastern Roman Empire. That's the only reason the people who spoke Greek, were Greeks and had a religion which was propagated and promoted by Greeks were calling themselves "Romioi". Even the language was called "Romaika" but in reality it was "Common Greek" which was promoted by Alexander the Great and had its roots in the Athenian dialect (the reason being Aristotle, Alexander's teacher was Athenian). Now were Greeks the only ethnicity in the Roman Empire? No... Like all Empires it was multiethnic. Ethnicity as I already mentioned above was Irrelevant. You know what was important? Religion, culture and language. From all the above parameters do you know what the modern Greek Nation has in common with the Greeks of the past? Religion, culture, language. Not ethnicity. In conclusion, the modern Greek Nation has more in common with the medieval Eastern Roman Empire than the Ancient Greek States. Then why it is called "Helenic Republic" and not "Roman Republic"? I hear you ask... The answer to this lies in the next comment..
