@MagiconIce Or even worse, it could lead to actually Russian occupation.... Like it happened in Afghanistan. The Russians were supposed to help the Afghani government and instead of that they took over the country......

@outerspace7391 Oh really? Not comparable? Both had civil wars, and both had one side which believed the Soviets will help. But sure "not comparable".. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don't care how Greece came under western control. THANK GOD it came under western control and not soviet control. That's the point. But you failed to realise that with your low communist intelligence. Soviets were the worst. And Russians today are the same. End of story.

@MrGEORG1964 People are always to blame. People have the leadership they deserve.

"It also ruins the narrative of the united greeks pushing back the axis during ww2" W-R-O-N-G! There was strong political division BEFORE the start of the WW2. Mussolini chose to invade Greece not only because he thought it was an easy target due to the vast difference in military power but because he believed the Greeks would continue to fight among themselves and he could easily divide and conquer them. To his surprise, the moment Metaxas said the famous "No". All political division went up in smokes and all Greeks truly united to fight against the Axis. So no narrative is ruined. Of course, we resumed to infighting the moment ww2 was over but that doesn't change the fact the Greeks have united DESPITE their differences to push the foreign invader out. Your political bias is showing, you are probably salty the communists lost as well. Well too bad, my little anarchist. Viva la Capitalism! Suck it.
