  2.  @blackahjumma692  it implicates criminal activity, meaning he most likely wasn't complying , considering his criminal history. police don't just throw people to the ground. i've been suspected of drugs by police and they instantly get rough with you if you do ANYTHING suspicious. it's best to comply, it sucks but i'm alive because i didn't fight a corrupt system.
