  1. The US wasn’t going to send money to countries without major respective political concession to the USA. I believe it also involves deep economic ties for the US to actually consider sending money. What’s the point if the country won’t listen to you afterwards?

  2. the US won’t foot the bill unless Ukraine joins NATO. Ukraine will be foolish to join NATO (see if they learned anything). EU may or may not help Ukraine with the cost and supplies, but China is eyeing to build up Ukraine 👁

  5. Ukraine isn’t part of NATO, so US not gonna help rebuild the country. Ukraine could join the EU, so the EU will have to foot the bill. Otherwise, Ukraine will be rubble for a long time. I guess China is an alternative option ⭐️

  6. America was already up and running during ww2, passed the depression already. Marshall Plan gave the US political, perhaps even economic, concessions from Europe. bases in Western Europe after all
