  41. im in america. i think some of our allies are technically but unofficially 'client states'. we don't mess with their internal policies nor do i think we control their external policies but their values and vision seem to match exactly with american strategic interests. so much so that when you think about it, their decisions aren't the best choices to make as some policies or interactions actually hurt themselves in the long-term. some if not all american allies are within our sphere of influence but they are definitely more independent than sister republics or tributary states. but, at the end of the day, our allies enjoy this system we have now so don't really have to change it
