@ericlee5515 English Peasants' Revolt was led by a roof tiler, clergyman, and landowners (all without military experience). They lost due to English soldiers killing the leader during negotiations. Be careful when making peace. A peasant rebellion/revolution in Ming: led by a horse trader, bandit, two farmers and two inexperienced soldiers. Mostly led by the horse trader and farmer, as they won most battles against professional soldiers. Not sure if you count these: October Revolution. Cuban Revolution. Haitian Revolution. Iranian Revolution.
