  2. Superpowers are Empires, but Empires are not Superpowers? If USA is at 110 and China is at 10, depending on USA's rate of decline and China's rate of rise, there could be a half way point. Maybe China doesn't need to be 111 to beat USA. If each drop/gain by 1, the half way would be 60, so eh, might take a while. Many speculate the half way year would be around 2030-2050, so still at most 35-40 years.
