  2.  @Sergedfabre  that's not the case though. i disagree with the one child policy, but the government changed it so that non-minority citizens can have a maximum of two children. two child policy is still inefficient. nevertheless, people can say they want more than two children, but the government will punish them if they find out there are more than two children in the family.

  3. china has two child policy now. also, china counts by birth than by child. if you have twins or triplets, you can keep them as they count as 1 birth. under the new policy, not sure if you can have any more.

  4. i wonder which human rights group is criticizing this method. there are ok human rights groups, and then there are "human rights groups" (this one is a front for political ambitions).
