  1.  @Asianometry  might be true but the government did its best. they tried to abolish slavery, but had to keep the practice at a minimum when they couldn't abolish it completely. i don't want to ramble on about qing, but i think the ming government did better than qing. yeah, ming wasn't the greatest in the world at that time but government tried to serve the people as much as they could and help tributary states when appropriate (looking forward to your next video!)
