Adults have larger venom glands than juvenile snakes which would make them more dangerous.

That's common sense the only question I have is how often do juvenile snakes give dry bites meaning no venom is injected into the bloodstream versus adult snakes delivering dry bites. Juvenile Fer de Lance pitvipers in Central and South America have neurotoxins along with hemtoxins in their venom which makes it more toxic but still not capable of delivering 400mg of venom in a single bite like adults. Don't want to be bitten by any venomous snake π
