Imagine living it that community where the industrial plant suddenly was allowed to dump higher toxic levels of waste in the river and no EPA to even come by to take samples. Or remember your last visit to a national park, what about visiting it again with an smell of petrol because this man allowed drilling on protected land. What about the 20% GDP gap he created by throwing money at companies that openly declared they did not need the tax cut now. Etc etc. He was the most lazy president, hundreds of directors of federal services were not appointed, their departments left clueless reading the same newspaper every day. Instead he tried to evict an old lady from her family home in Scotland to expand his golf court. I would pay good money to see such a criminal be put in jail for at least 10 years.
