While Obama complained and blamed Putin now has more centralized decision power that makes taking to Russia very difficult, Obama forgot it’s the US /NATO kept breaking promises and treaty agreement, NOT Russia, NOT Putin. US is doing what US is best at, DEFLECT and BLAME others for their own failures.
