He’s a pseudo intellectual. Inconsistent and hypocritical. I agree with him on Russia/Ukraine, Israel/Palestine, but when it comes to China, he gave up his logics and facts. Such inconsistency is losing his credibility and intellectual integrity. Too bad, he has so much to offer on other topics, but on China, I hear a harsh deafening squeaking friction from his break peddle by him taking a sudden U turn on his logical sense.

@cogito9350 Most of China’s neighboring countries proper as China prosper, as the ASEAN countries, yes they have positive view of China unless they are U.S. vassal states like S Korea, Japan, Philippine, another one is a Chinese province Taiwan is also under U.S. proxy project in the region.

He is NOT a realist, if he is a realist, he would have acknowledged the FACT that China has risen PEACEFULLY for over 45 years of no war. YET, he is still making stupid question like “I’ve always questioned IF China would rise peacefully.”, as if he is still living and speaking in 1979, ignoring the historic records from 1979 to today. “US war against China is understandable.” We hear this a lot, but the minute we accept the distorted logic behind a war against China, even though we say we don’t agree, we’ve been sold to the normalcy of promoting the war by U.S. I found a war against China totally avoidable and unnecessary! A war against China is NOT out of US defense, but out of US zero sum game OFFENSE to secure its primacy, THIS IS NOT A GOOD REASON TO GO TO WAR, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! It’s a matter of CHOICE, not a matter of inevitability, but US chooses to bring everyone else down to secure its primacy, such hegemony mentality is not sustainable, it is extremely harmful to the well-being of humanity.

@TerenceMcqueefPhilips We are familiar with Prof Sachs resumes, Prof Sachs has been honest and transparent about his past working experience with Russia as an economic advisor after the dissolution of USSR, his economic advise could have worked if U.S. government landed a helping hand, because same advise used on Poland has worked with the help of US government. He expressed through his experience working with Russia, his biggest regret was he was too naive about his own government, he learned how cruel US government can be. He was pleading help from US government to Russia, but all he got was being laughed at and ridiculed by U.S. government high ranking officials thought Sachs was out of his mind wanting to help Russia out of its disastrous economic downfall. Yes, in some way I believe Sachs also blamed himself for not knowing better of the cruelty of his own government, I think maybe this is why he feels so compelled to tell the truth.
