I thought to fit ‘terrorism’ charge is “to indiscriminately target random innocent civilians for political demands.” None of that fits his motives and actions. 1. UHC CEO is not a random innocent civilian, he was a deliberate target. 2. There is no ‘political demands’, only health and survival demand.

And government never tried to indict any indiscriminate mindless mass shooter as domestic terrorists. Are those innocent dead and injured American school kids and civilians lives worth less?

When I hear this controlled narrative “Violence is never the answer to fight against injustice and against threat to our survival.” Meanwhile it is so okay for American police to use violence on unarmed protestors. Meanwhile it is so okay for US government to use violence of wars to solve foreign conflicts. And now the plutocratic institution deploys all their watchdogs preaching to the oppressed victims of the society that violence is never the answer, it sounds like vomit crap to my ears.

CEO killed mass innocent American civilians. Sounds to me the CEO has committed terrorism 100000 folds. We don’t have a justice system for the 99% Americans, we have a justice system deliberately designed for oligarchs and plutocrats.

The ones now harshly condemned the killing of the CEO are the same ones who condoned the genocide and U.S. violence of never ending wars. It’s so obvious what such group of people they stand for - vultures prey on the powerless and the vulnerables.

* This specific law permits prosecutors to charge certain crimes as acts of terror when it appears they were "intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, influence the policies of a unit of government by intimidation or coercion and affect the conduct of a unit of government by MURDER, assassination or kidnapping. * By this definition, sounds to me, UHC committed terrorism first! I hope his lawyer woild argue against the definition of ‘terrorism’.

@springbloom5940 CEOs are the most ENTITLED child. they are entitled to millions of dollars pay and year end bonus, and no bonus to the lower rank employees with their hard work to deny insured.
