Technology to China, the ultimate goal is to benefit mankind. That’s why China has state owned internet infrastructure, like other state owned infrastructures, keep cost down and good connection services to mass population. This idea of using technology to better mankind was mentioned in Das Kapital by Marx.

In America, when you filed bankruptcy, you can still live a luxury lifestyle. in China, if you filed bankruptcy, by law the court will demand you to live a bankrupt lifestyle, you can not buy or enjoy luxury items or lifestyle. To me, Chinese law makes more sense, if US has such law, Trump may never had a chance to become a POTUS.
