  3. The problem is NOT China, the problem is the US creates the problem for itself. Because U.S. views China as ‘adversary’ therefore all its policies are crafted to ‘weaken’ China’s development and rise. The problem is the high value things China WANTS TO BUY from US, US refuses to sale to China, such as chips that U.S. imposed sanctions on China. And other hi tech products that U.S. deemed as national security or conflict of interest. China did agree to buy agricultural products, but the values of agriculture products simply can not make up for the trade deficit. Besides the requirement for reciprocal trade balance is so ridiculous, it is some phony excuse to create a phony leverage that didn’t exist out of thin air. It’s basically tactic used by mob mafia thugs, it’s like someone puts a gun in your head to force you to buy whatever they sell you.
