Technology to US is to privatize and monopolize market for dominance and exploit the mass mankind. Technology to China, the ultimate goal is to benefit mankind. That’s why China has state owned internet infrastructure, like other state owned infrastructures, keep cost down and good connection services to mass population. This idea of using technology to better mankind was mentioned in Das Kapital by Marx.

US is weaponizing and abusing every power it has with brute force, US no longer practices DIPLOMACY, US only practice harsh punitive brutes to get what it wants or doesn’t want.
