One of the troubles flaturthas have trying to explain their version of flaturth is that no one model satisfies more than one necessity of flaturth but each model is inconsistent with every other model. But usually this doesn't matter to them. They start with the absolute knowledge that the globe is actually flat. Most never want to go further than that. Sure, they're daft but most are harmless. At midday on a particular day at Syene he had a colleague measure the angle the shadow of a vertical stick made. He made a similar observation at Alexandria. It is then trivial to calculate the planet's diameter if you know how far Syene is from Alexandria - and he did. It was a simple observation, it didn't making things complicated or use fancy science equations - in fact it used no equations at all. If the CIA are behind this conspiracy then surely the CIA must have been around over 2,000 years?

If it's Dover, 🇬🇧, then from the port you can see the hills on the French shore but not the shore itself. Climb the cliffs to just over 100 metres above the port and you can see the shore. Debunking is still a good idea though. It will make the undecided and poorly educated think and look up proper science, etc.. They're less likely to be fooled.
