@orangeedo Not the place to black pill with cynicism. Dems love that and want it to grow. Let's not be defeatist. If there's no hope why even bother? Unless that's the whole point for you.

Trump 2024

Won't matter in the end. If he runs they'll be forced to air it live at primary and POTUS debates.

CornPop SmokesNewports2 Okay... perhaps she will roll then.

Oaky... who let Joe get access to the net again? Lol!

Among Republican as a whole 90%. This is CPAC, not the whole Republican electorate.

@xrprimate2789 He'll lose in an epic fashion if he does. I wouldn't put it past him to throw his hat in though...

Incumbency only is is thing if you've won on a ballot. When Truman ran for POTUS after FDR died and he took over, he wasn't really an incumbent.

Exactly. I'm skeptical of DeSantis telling me all I want to hear. Raises lots of red flags for me. Even Trump ddn't tell me everything I wanted to hear which strangley made me trust him more. Most Republicans don't have the balls to say something that might upset segments of Republican voters. Of course after 2012 I'm not even Republican anymore, just independent. Still, either Trump or Paul in 2024 or I vote state and local only. If DeSantis gets in and I'm wrong I'll vote DeSantis in 2028.

They hate her way more than Biden in party it seems. The primaries said a lot.

@swamisalami3000 That actually would have saved the Dems a lot of pain. I don't agree with a lot of her views, but she's clearly a rogue who isn't globalist, isn't owned by anyone but herself, and is the only close to America first Dem candidate who ran in 2020. Probably why they canned her. It wasn't just because she totally foiled Harris, though that was a big part of it and sealed the deal in the eyes of Dem leadership that she was a threat to the status quo.

Twitter and Facebook are dying, and YouTube is in clear deline. Expect at least Twitter and Facebook to have half the social influence as they have now in 2024. Trump's on others that are actually growing anyways

@terminalarch6767 Nah. I want the privilege of ticking his box on the ballot. Plus, POTUS via ballot is always seen as more legitimate than by being in the line of presidential succession, especially when father down than VP.
1
Nah. The uniparty will find it much harder to pull that of the second time with so many states moving for universal voter id, ending mass mail ins and such, and cleaning voter rolls. I don't see them pulling that trick off twice and being successful if this continues to go forward among so many states. I'm pumped.

Schrodinger's Snuffleupagus Agreed. Dems like that cynicism, without strategic thought.

I'll pass. DeSantis tells me all I want to hear which makes me rightfully suspicious of any political figure. Even Trump said things I didn't want to hear. Ironically made me trust Trump more over time. I'll probably sit 2024 out a if DeSantis runs as a precaution. Perhaps I'm wrong. If so DeSantis has my vote in 2028. But so many secret RINOs have risen with MAGA rhetoric only to be unmasked later. For myself better safe than sorry in 2024. If Ron Paul runs though, and not Trump he's got my vote.
1
@paradisecityX0 Well not for me he didn't. I'm out if it's DeSantis as a precaution. I'll just vote locally. Others can do differently if they so desire. If I'm wrong I'll vote DeSantis in 2028. Might vote for Paul though if it is him as he also doesn't tell me all I wish to hear (unlikely). Romney flowered me up to and got my vote in 2012. Not risking that again. You do you, I'll do me.

Clearly you aren't seeing the legislative move on the state levels.
1
@dwightlooi That will fail like the last try a month or 2 ago. That one died than in the Senate. Not enough votes to pass. Plus, even if it did states wouldn't enforce it as it violates their own rights to control elections. That's been standard knowledge on this channel for a while now, and has been proven here too. I'll believe it when it happens, but this doom and gloom stances are being shattered fairly regularly by blockages in Congress in this last few months. I'm not going to hold my breath.

Probably will sweep all 50 states in the primaries if he runs. To me old age doesn't matter as much... so long as there is no significant health problems out of the ordinary (overweight is fine but not morbidly obese, terminal diseases, major serious health events, etc.) or unusual mental decline. Trump doesn't seem to have either (close to razor sharp for is mid 70s), and I hope doesn't develop such issues. Others may disagree on the age issue but that's okay. #Trump2024

Oddly enough...yes.

No duh. Which is excellent.

Missouri!

I think Romney and Pence might make a try even though most would rightfully call it insane. Seeing Trump annihilate them both on a primary debate stage would be pretty epic.
