  1. I am just shocked Sudan has some sort of bio lab to begin with. Doesn't really seem like the place that would be interested. I think they would care about arms manufacturing more.

  2. Honestly I think if there was some sort of planned pandemic they don't want something that could cripple a third of their workforce. They would want something that is easy to make scary but not truly that deadly or debilitating for their wage slaves. I do not think Polio would be it.
