@nunereclipsereborn true, but Cruz isn't short of perfection, he's subpar. His ideas of been ideas that others have stated in the past so he certainly isn't the first such as term limits. Also, despite having more poles than most centers he gets very little done on term limits what he speaks about loudly and often. The only leadership part about him is the fact that he's in a leadership position. He's a career politician, very polished, and admittedly is more palatable than most but he is at the end of the day a RINO. Granted, he is a lot more useful as McConnell is now has McConnell's influence is waning. A lot of people on the right are disgruntled the cruise is mainly hot air and when it comes down to actually dance someone else has to do it for him. There is no such thing as perfection but you can certainly improve. Edit: I have no problem with Texans but being a solid red state has its drawbacks, such makes it harder to see RINOs, as Republicans are guaranteed in almost certain win for senators in most cases and they some Texas proud history it is understandable if you'd be proud about your pic even if the pick had a habit of not actually doing something someone didn't already back that was on his level. I'm assuming is Texas talking, and that's fine by me. As for me I didn't trust Cruz since 2012.

@nunereclipsereborn he called out Mitch McConnell with God knows how many others, and still did nothing for the push to remove him from Senate leadership. That's not special.He doesn't need to bow down and kiss ring as he is a party boss. He's been around since before maga as an organized movement was a thing and originally was opposed until all the sudden the people up ended the establishment gop's cart and then suddenly he gets in line, the one must remember that in politics getting in line is not the same as changing and if you want someone who is going to get in line with it you have to bring in new blood. I will say this he knows the way the winds are shifting and he wears the mask accordingly when he has to in order to get by.

@nunereclipsereborn wonderful clip. 6 years old. 6 years where he didn't vote to remove McConnell. Yet again hot air and in the end no action. Where was the vote to remove McConnell from Senate leadership as Cruz has that kind of pull within the Senate and can probably rally up enough support to at least call it for a vote? It never happened. Hot air as is par for the course for Ted Cruz... he's's made a name on it. His words mean nothing if there's very little action and even when there is action it's not usually because he's spearheaded it but rather got on board when momentum was gained. We are all still waiting on that vote Ted. 6 years and counting. Don't try telling me he doesn't have the influence to at least bring it up for a vote. Don't try that weak sauce.
