All they are doing at this point is practically pleading his case with independents and people on the fence. Never make a martyr if you can help it.

@zeriel9148 Pretty sure this is what a political establishment does when it is scared. You don't do this kind of thing if you feel you are going to be in control as a guarantee. Is the kind of thing you do to try and shake off a predator on your tail.

Dude, I think he wants this stuff to happen. He's getting more popular for a reason. He would have been bummed if they didn't.

@empirednw6624 Considering that I am an independent and a suburbanite who has recently seen an upswing in other independents I personally know willing to vote for him due to this, I beg to differ. If the economy implodes more than it has, you can bet on that not just being half of the country's independent voters (current), but the majority of them. I don't think you have a good gauge on how delicate the independent mood is right now. You just have a gauge on what they tell you is the case.

Good idea. Perhaps send that idea to his people.

Actually, none of those cases were actually heard. Sixty cases were brought to courts and practically none or even allowed in front of the judge. They were not lost, they were turned away before evidence could be presented. A little less cool aid would be nice. Edit: By the way, Congress had to pass a law after Biden got in so that the Vice President could not do that anymore, proving that it was, in fact, something that could be done. And asking to investigate fraud is not intimidation. Without double standards or twisting or omitting the facts, you have nothing. Fascist.

@AdrianFahrenheitTepes another tactic of the scared. And it's backfiring

@scrapykat3028 Only in appeal.

@thilli1859 If he gets a poll bump each time I think he benefits. It's about 2 to 3 points like clockwork for each indictment at this point nationwide in aggregates. He is currently in a dead heat with Biden, Has 50% of the independence at this point ( Okay, it is 49 %, but I'm rounding), and Biden only has 1/3 of independenct support. The indictments are doing half the campaigning for him. I think he gets a personal buzz out of the rallies of course, but he can always tailor those around court dates in the future.

Budding dystopia.

Because the party itself is affectively useless outside of a small populist element anong their numbers. American conservatives made a big mistake by placing their hope in a party rather than an idea.

I hate how they have opened the Pandora's box. The only thing able to close that at this point is a constitutional amendment. Sad.

For what exactly? Everything people we already know have been corrupt for years are desperately trying to pin him with what do you have something new? I don't think you have anything. You can believe that a 1000 people you know are corrupt are telling you the truth for once and have your best interests at heart, or the they are mad at the 1 person who might wreck things for them. You don't do this to people in your club. Goebbels playbook: Accuse the opposition of that which you are guilty of.
1
That would be a major stretch. They only do this to enemies. How much do they have to do to him to convince you he's not in on it? I don't think you have a definite answer. The answer will be what you need it to be at the time. As for me, they're actions have erased all remaining doubt.

Seeing as populism is recurrent and this is only the latest avatar of it, I don't think you understand the phenomenon. Before it was the tea party and the Ron paul revolution. Before that ross perot. The differences is over time somebody did break through. Populism is on the rise regardless. Should something happen to trump another will take his place.

I think a list is too far. Just make mental notes.

So how much money are we putting down for them getting blue balls yet again?
1
If they were not acting like this, I would agree with you. But they are acting like this.
1
If it is dangerous to question an election according to a government, it is an election to be questioned.
1
I'll write him in if that is the case. But as time is closing in, it is less likely the case that he will be off the ballot. They'd better hurry. You can feel the panic from them.
1
@empirednw6624 No I am writing him in if that is the case. I kept my balls. I didn't swallow the black pill to cover my cowardice. I do not run.
1
Not seeing how as convicted people have run for office.

Fuck him. Can't really call him Judas though... Judas was at least at one time loyal and was also sorry for what he did (too late but sorry nonetheless). He's Indiana's pet femboy now.
1
Not necessarily. Whether he is true, uniparty or not, is of little consequence if the uniparty is clearly pulling his strings. Jeb was the first sign. The neocon super packs for the second. Then the hate speech bill. That leaves two options: He overtime has become in on it or he is so dumb he is malleable to them. He had his chance, and in the last few months, he blew it with a bunch of bad decisions and sketchy connections out of nowhere that seem to have real control over his decision making process. It's not something a lot of us enjoy seeing. I always preferred Trump but I didn't want DeSantis to have a downfall. But it has happened and I can either wake up to that fact or remain asleep.
1
@Habib_Osman But it is too mask off at this point. More people are waking up than they would like. He's getting more popular with every indictment in terms of swing voters.
1
Being a registered Republican is the first sign that you are, in fact, an idiot. There is a reason I am an independent. Fuck the neocon give me a rogue.
1
Unless it is appealed to them, they can not touch it.

Seeing as only a handful of over a 100 companies went out, that is still considered an A. You call it bad business. I call it venture capitalism. Only one of us is right (it's me). I choose to believe that the establishment full of people we all know are corrupt liars are laughing out of the one person who is a threat to them and are willing to do just about anything to stop him. The only person coping here is you.
1
@chrisgullett4332 no we are not.

It is if you don't want to be called a terrorist or something. If questioning an election makes you dangerous, then it is an election deserving to be questioned.
