Links are in the description of those videos. He'd rather not provide the link directly to the corporate news outlets that gave them out whenever possible. Archival system deprives them of the ability to go back and change their own article later and also of the ability to make money off of ad revenue by clicking on a corporate link. Once in the archive it can stay there indefinitely regardless of whether or not they change the article and it's not making anybody any money.

Oh definitely not. He would have copied them many times over and distributed them different places.

Even if the crime is especially heinous and they are illegal. Ex post facto law is explicitly forbidden in the Constitution and the degree of the violation does not apply regardless. It doesn't matter if it's heinous or not.

True, unless within the last few weeks of his office. Post 1/7. After that date there was nothing that could be done. It is now at least a possibility that needs to be considered. It could also be used as campaign material coming up. My guess is he would have had it in multiple places as well and they shouldn't have sounded off the alarm so loud in doing what they've just done if they wanted all of it instead of just one set of copies. However if it's not any of that it's still looks quite illegal.

It was suspected, but now it is confirmed.

Well let's be fair: most modern Republicans with the exception of Trump operate by that same principle, but only because it's the uniparty. Rhinos do the same operating scheme. It is just gotten worse in the last decade or so that's all.

I don't think it's going to work in fact it's backfiring massively. He was under investigation the first time he ran too and that didn't stop him. That just went under the radar for longer before being exposed as a hit job.

It was always the strong suspicion. Now however it is publicly known fact based on the new dropped information. It's no longer speculation it is now Canon.

Odds are he has multiple copies of each and only some of them are in his home. There's no evidence that they aren't and I think any attorney would advise to do so and if not an attorney is smart enough person with political ambitions- which he is- would. He's probably got them in many places.

Before I would have said it was unlikely that he had possession of the list now I am so sure. The likelihood of that just increased. Regardless I can guarantee whatever he has in his house that they took he has copied several times over and distributed it several places elsewhere. As for the list it's very peculiar that the Epstein lawyer was one of the guys who signed off on the raid.

I think so too, but I'm not sure whether or not classified and declassified information counts as ex post facto law in the explicit sense. Usually when I think of that I think of actual passed bills. But yes, it was legal for him at the time and he wasn't told it was illegal if they indeed reclassified it.
