  2. False. The seats the Democrats won there all won by less than 5%. An election cycle ago they would have won by more and before that, way more And they did not win the whole border. They lost half Hispanic population in Texas this midterms. Please note that the RNC took money away from the GOP races a month before midterms. The Democrats are losing the Hispanics regardless.
