  8. Blaire White is a stable transgender person. Most transgender people may have a delusional dysphoria, but most of them are not outwardly violent-- if anything they are more self-destructive. I do not think simply being transgender is quite enough to take away your second amendment rights. You need to be something a bit more than just transgender or have already committed a violent crime.

I think there should be charges just for walking into a woman's restroom as a biological man, but I wouldn't be in favor of taking their guns from them unless they attempt or do something violent such as rape. At that point you're a violent criminal and I don't care. Some of these people might actually get over their delusions anyway. There is a detrans movement that is increasingly growing. Until they mess up majorly I am going to give each individual the benefit of the doubt no matter how weird.

  12. At this point I don't think they care who has them they want them gone. Perhaps they'll want them from us first, but eventually the black gay atheist is going to have it taken from them too. Not going to happen though. Too many in civilian hands for it to be easy with out something big happening.

  13. One more reason not to classify political beliefs one way or the other (no matter who is interpreting) as mental illness or reason for disarmament.

I do think that gender dysphoria is mental illness, but I do not think that in itself is enough to classify someone as mentally ill enough to be barred from exercising their second amendment rights. I think it would have to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the depth of severity. Most transgender people just want to hurt themselves, not others. It's kind of sad actually. That being said you have exceptions to every rule when it comes to people, as we have seen with this transgender individual in Tennessee. That classification for mental illness borrowing your second amendment rights should be extremely thin.
