  6. He sort of tries to do the tightrope between populism and pre-2016 GOP style. In the end of comes off more establishment GOP in the end though. Whether or not that is his intention to come off that way is up for debate but is definitely a hindrance for him. He also seems to be lacking in strategic intelligence.

  7. Yeah, he really needs to get back on Twitter. If he wants to do truth as well that's okay but he just needs to hammer out a deal that allows crossposting. I think eventually he will get back on anyway as strategy would press for it, but it would be better to have it sooner than later.

  8. In all likelihood if he does this, yes. Ramaswamy and Lake would probably rival him at that point. Perhaps even Rand Paul. Lake is even steadily closing in on his levels of popular support among voters currently too. We'll find out if he doesn't want his 2028 candidacy dead today I suppose.

  9. Trump has not yet refuse to debate anybody. However they are scheduling a lot of the trial stuff around the debate times. It's almost like they think their best chance of a derailment is in the primaries rather than the general.

  10. I don't think that he's announced he doesn't want to debate, however I do think that they have scheduled a lot of court cases conveniently around the times the debates will be in. Whatever he decides I guarantee he has that urge to want to get on a stage and go into verbal combat.

  15. I heard similar. If this is the case then perhaps Trump will still get on Twitter at some point in the future sooner rather than later. He doesn't need anymore legal things going on right now, so he can wait.

  16. The most genuine people have obvious flaws. They're not a hundred percent polished. Name me a neocon that isn't polished to a bright sheen. One of my red flags about DeSantis is that he says everything that the majority of the base will agree with and never ever crosses them with a different opinion. There've been multiple times where Trump has said something that upset his own base. Someone who is genuine is not going to shy away from saying something that might disappoint their base their base from time to time. Not if they're being sincere. There is very good and then there is just too perfect. You don't get perfect in politics, so when you see it be suspicious.
