  3. That would be like shooting yourself in the kneecap. If you want to appear in saying you don't do it by injuring yourself in a way that debilitates your negotiating capabilities. It is very unlikely it was Russia that did it. It had to be someone who needed Russia to not have something to negotiate with. Anyone who wanted this war to go on longer is suspect.
